Even though this book is out of date, it covers more than 80% of the requirements for the LPIC 1 exams. The biggest problem is the need to dump the topics from LPI's site and map their new exam requirements to the book.

Totally factual information with no detected errors. Whether a person wants a quick reference or a backgrounder to the LPIC 1 exams, this book is great.
